Who we are
Prince Freddie Studio Ltd (company number 17326303) runs letthedaysettle.com (The Settle) and princefreddie.com, and makes the stories. Contact: our contact page. By using our sites or services you agree to these terms.
What we offer
Sleep stories and calming audio for adults, some free and some paid, on our sites, by email, and on podcast and publishing platforms. What we offer, how it is delivered, and what is free can change. We may add, change, pause or stop any story, feature, offer or free content at any time. Where you have paid for something, the terms shown when you paid apply, and we will not take away what you have paid for without telling you first.
Free stories and emails
Free stories are free and need no card. If you sign up by email, you will receive what you asked for and occasional emails about new stories and The Settle Premium. You can unsubscribe at any time with the one-click link in any email. For how we handle your address, see our privacy notice.
Paid subscriptions
The Settle Premium and any other paid products are sold through our payment provider (currently Supercast), whose terms also apply. The price, any free trial, renewal and cancellation terms are shown before you pay, and those are the terms that apply to you. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
The stories and the artwork
The stories, audio, illustrations, The Settle and Prince Freddie names, and the Freddie character are the work of Prince Freddie Studio Ltd and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You are welcome to listen to and read them for your own enjoyment, and to share links to them. You may not copy, republish, sell, perform publicly, or use them to train machine-learning models without our written permission.
For relaxation, not medical advice
The stories and exercises are gentle wind-down aids. They are not therapy, treatment or medical advice. If you have a persistent sleep problem, anxiety or panic, or sleep loss is affecting your health, please speak to a doctor or a qualified professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Please don't listen while driving or doing anything that needs your full attention.
Using the site fairly
Please use our sites as intended. Don't try to break them, overload them, scrape them at scale, or use them for anything unlawful.
Links to other places
We link to other services, such as podcast apps, payment and publishing platforms. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.
No warranty
Our sites and free content are provided as they are. We work to keep them available and accurate, but we don't guarantee they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using, or being unable to use, them. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives on this page and applies from the date it is posted. Last updated 8 October 2026.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK or the EU, you keep the protection of your local consumer law.
