Spotify — one extra step
Spotify cannot take a feed link, so it has to know who you are first. This is the step nobody tells you about.
- Sign in at settle.princefreddie.com/login with the email address you subscribed with.
- They email you a short code. Paste it in. No password to remember.
- On your account page, choose Spotify and agree to the connect screen. The Settle then appears in your Spotify app.
Every other app — one tap
Open the email titled You have subscribed on the phone you listen on, and tap your player. Apple Podcasts, Pocket Casts, Overcast, Podcast Addict, Castro and the rest all connect straight away.
Using something else? That same email ends with your private feed link. Copy it, and use add a show by URL in your app.

What The Settle is
The long form of Prince Freddie's sleep stories. The free stories are written to be listened to. The Settle is written to be fallen asleep in.
Each telling runs close to half an hour, told slowly, and built so that nothing in it rises. No music that swells, no turn that asks you to sit up, no ending you need to stay awake for. The story is told twice, slower and lower the second time, over a sea that never drops away.
A new telling every week, and the whole shelf from the start, in one private feed that plays in whatever podcast app you already use.
